Individuals can decide to invest in a fraction or multiple fractions of a single property or multiple fractions in different properties across different locations. In this case, the individual is entitled to all the important information regarding his/her investment.
Investing with close friends and relatives is encouraged at Better Homes. A group of friends and (or) families can signup; the group will be represented by an individual who is the lead investor having sole permission to conduct transactions with Better Homes on behalf of the group. The group will be issued paperwork on the co-ownership of their property. An individual from the group cannot cash out or sell a piece of the property, as this can be done only as a group.
Corporate organizations can also have investments with Better Homes, whether in single or multiple fractions.
