Our dedicated team takes charge of listing and managing your properties for both long-term rentals and short-term lets. From marketing your properties to conducting tenant screenings, collecting rent, and overseeing property maintenance, we handle it all. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience that allows you to enjoy the rewards of real estate ownership, stress-free.

Habitable Days

We allocate a set number of “Habitable Days” to each property owner based on the value of their fractional ownership across our entire portfolio.

– These habitable days will be redeemable for a stay at the property you are invested in or within the wider portfolio (terms may vary, and bookings are subject to availability)

– Property owners are entitled to 5 habitable days on their invested property.

– Co-owners have access to Better Homes properties in any other location beyond the country of investment (the membership model applies)

Habitable Days” can be leased to others (through Better Homes platform) or gifted by you as you see fit.
